ABOUT
THE PINEHEART CENTER

A HEART OF PINE

On crisp East Texas nights, one of our founders remembers her grandfather using heart of pine to start a fire. The “heart” of the pine tree is the dense inner core of old-growth trees. Strong, durable, and rich with natural resin, pine heart catches flame easily. With a single spark, it becomes an ignition point, creating warmth and light.

Our name, The Pineheart Center, is inspired by this idea.

We believe that each person carries within them a deep well of resilience and wisdom—what we think of as their own pineheart. At times, life experiences, trauma, stress, or major transitions can make it difficult to access that inner strength and light. Our work is to help people find their way back to it.

At The Pineheart Center, we provide therapy and supportive services that help individuals, couples, and families deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful growth and healing. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, we walk alongside our clients as they reconnect with their inner resilience and cultivate the vibrant lives they envision.

It is an honor to be part of that journey.
